Favorites
How to star problems and find them quickly in the sidebar.
Star the problems you want to get back to quickly. They show in the sidebar under Favorites.
Star a problem
Section titled “Star a problem”- On a problem’s page, select the star at the top, next to the arrows to the previous and next problem.
- In a course’s Problems list, hover over a problem’s row (or focus it with the keyboard) and select the star at the end of the row. On a phone the stars always show.
For a problem that is not starred, the button is called Add to favorites. A starred problem’s star is filled, always shows in the list, and the button is called Remove from favorites.
The Favorites section
Section titled “The Favorites section”- Problems appear in the order you starred them, each with its status icon (for example, whether it is solved).
- Selecting one opens the problem in its own tab, or switches to the tab already showing it (Tabs).
- Until you star something, the section says: “Star a problem to keep it here.”
- Select the section’s heading to collapse it.
- To remove a problem, select its star again on its page or in the list.
A problem’s title and status in the section update when you open the problem.
Where they are kept
Section titled “Where they are kept”- Favorites are kept in this browser only, separately for each user. On another computer, in another browser or after clearing the browser’s data, they are not there.
- Up to 100 problems are remembered.
- A star belongs to a problem in a particular course: if the same problem is in several of your courses, you star it separately in each.
